ONLINE PURCHASE RETURN POLICY
We stand behind the quality of our product and your satisfaction with it. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return any regular priced item for a full refund. Sale items can be exchanged for an item of equal or greater value. Any refunds will exclude shipping charges. Shipping charges will be reimbursed only in the case of defective merchandise or an error in order fulfillment. Online returns will be accepted within 30 days of the purchase date provided they are in new, unused condition. Customers wishing to return merchandise purchased online may return items to any of our retail locations, or directly to the online store by requesting a Return Authorization (RA #) via email. Please note that returns at the store level must be processed in a separate transaction, unless you are exchanging for the same style in a different size. The original transaction invoice (included in your shipment) must be presented at the time of return. All refunds will be processed using the same method of payment as was used in the original purchase.
Please note that the following items cannot be returned:
- Gift Cards
- Intimate apparel (for hygienic reasons)
- Special Occasion Dresses
- Sale Items (exchange only)
ONLINE REFUND STEPS
1. Email email@example.com with a brief description of the reason for the return. Please include your order number, which is clearly printed on your original invoice. Some reasons for the return might be:
- Changed mind
- Defective when received
- Wrong item delivered
- Wrong size
2. A customer service representative will respond to you with further instructions and an RA number. At this time a return address will be provided.
3. Ensure tags are included with your re-packaged product(s) and include your original invoice. Please write the RA number on the outside of the package, and arrange return shipment with your preferred courier. Please note that any product(s) returned without a RA number cannot be processed by our Return Centre and will be returned to you.
We will gladly refund all original shipping charges for items being returned due to our error.
IN STORE PURCHASE RETURN POLICY
J.Michaels and Eeva & Eve will exchange or refund any regular priced merchandise that is returned within 14 days of purchase when accompanied with an original receipt, or the merchandise is returned in its original condition.
Merchandise returned without an original receipt will be valued at the current selling price for an exchange or a store credit (gift card).
Sale items are exchange only. Items marked final sale on the receipt are not refundable or exchangeable. Please contact your nearest retail location for more details.
PRICE ADJUSTMENT POLICY
Within 7 days of purchase, on regular priced merchandise, one time price adjustment or when an original receipt accompanies product.
Please note that we do not offer price adjustments on online purchases.
